1. Overview
Shoutcoder (operated by NixoWeb Solutions Pvt Ltd) offers a limited money-back guarantee on selected hosting plans. This policy describes which services are eligible for refunds, the conditions that apply, and how to request a refund. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new shared hosting and reseller hosting orders. If you are not satisfied with your hosting service within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases. Renewal payments, upgrades, and repeat orders are not eligible.
3. Eligible Services
The following services are eligible for a refund subject to the conditions listed: Shared Hosting (new orders only, within 7 days), Business Hosting (new orders only, within 7 days), Reseller Hosting (new orders only, within 7 days). All other services are non-refundable as described in Section 4.
4. Non-Eligible Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable: VPS and cloud server plans (resources are provisioned and allocated immediately upon order); Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers (domains are registered with the registry and cannot be unregistered); Paid SSL certificates; Any add-on services or one-time setup fees; Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our billing team at [email protected] within the applicable refund window. Include your account username, order number, and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not issued. If a refund is approved, it will be for the full amount of the service fee paid. Any setup fees, custom configuration charges, or third-party costs (e.g., domain registration fees bundled with a plan) are deducted from the refundable amount as these are non-refundable.
7. Cancellations & Proration
If you cancel a hosting plan outside of the refund window, no refund or proration is issued for the remaining subscription period. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not be renewed. We recommend cancelling at least 3 days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged.
8. Accounts Terminated for Abuse
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (including spam, malware, network abuse, or illegal activity), you are not entitled to any refund, regardless of the circumstances. This includes accounts suspended for non-payment.
9. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks cause significant administrative costs and may result in immediate account termination and a ban from future services. If a chargeback is filed incorrectly, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus fees. 10. Modifications to This Policy
Shoutcoder reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered customers via email and will take effect 15 days after notification. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
